    Whether Bookkeeping is mandatory to maintain?
    • There are different laws under which bookkeeping has a statutory obligation to maintain
      1. Income Tax Act 1961
        1. If the sales turnover exceeds Rs. 10 Lakhs of a business / Rs.2.5 Lakhs of a profession in any of the preceding 3 financial years, then it becomes mandatory to maintain the book of accounts.
        2. Need to be maintained for a period of six years from the relevant preceding year.
      2. Companies Act 2013
        1. Sec 128 of the companies act 2013, Especially mentions the books of accounts for a period of 8 years immediately preceding the current year.

    • In case of 120 entries -cost will be Rs.999/-+(extra entries (20*Rs.5/-)) = 1,099/-
    • Total Cost = Rs.2,098/- for two months.
    Will the accountant come in person to my office?
    No, all the accounting services will be provided online, for any questions, our experts will be reachable via skype, phone, or email.
    Accounting software was already there for my business, can professionals use the same software?
    Yes, Our experts will log in to the Accounting software and set up your accounts remotely as soon as you give us access to the software.
    No accounting software is being used by me, will this bundle get access to any software?
    If you don’t use any accounting software, our Expert will generate your books of account using Tally, and our customised ERP, one of the most widely used accounting programs. You will only receive the last data backup of your accounts as part of this service. The bundle does not include access to or a licence for the software. A software licence must be purchased separately.
